Mr. Arvind Gajera

Born to a farmer’s family in a small village of Amreli, Gujarat, he showed an early interest in science. Encouraged by supportive parents, he pursued a degree in chemistry, followed by a master's in science organic chemistry from Gujarat University. This educational foundation ignited a passion for pharmaceuticals and a desire to contribute to healthcare.
After completing his education, he joined a leading pharmaceutical company as a research analyst followed by production chemist. Here, he gained invaluable insights into the complexities of drug formulation and the critical role of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. He quickly recognized gaps in the market, particularly in the supply chain for high-quality APIs.
Driven by a vision to create a more efficient and reliable source of APIs, he founded his own company Vaikunth Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. Starting with limited resources, he focused on building a small but dedicated team of experts who shared their passion for innovation and quality. His initial projects revolved around developing the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
As the company began to gain traction, it faced numerous challenges, including regulatory hurdles and fierce competition. However, his resilience and commitment to quality helped the company navigate these obstacles. He invested in state-of-the-art technology and established stringent quality control processes, earning the trust of clients and establishing a strong reputation in the industry.
With his success, he transitioned to the roles of Chairman and Managing Director, guiding the company through periods of rapid growth. He prioritized sustainable practices and invested in research and development, expanding the product portfolio to include a diverse range of APIs and intermediates. Under his leadership, the company expanded into international markets, forging strategic partnerships that further enhanced its capabilities.
Today, as Chairman and Managing Director, he is committed to fostering innovation while upholding the highest ethical standards. He advocates for continuous learning and collaboration, encouraging his team to explore new technologies and methodologies.
